Analytics Section
Analytics are graphs, pie charts and other types visualizations of the data after it has been filtered and analyzed. These analytics are commonly associated with business process improvement initiatives but they can also be used to check and see if automations have been helping or not.

1. Analytics - Applications
- Applications
An overview of the applications and the frequencies that are opened by the selected user. Allows you to filter the applications base on the event counts, hours spent and average cost spent.
- Websites
An overview of the webpages and the frequencies that are opened by the selected user. Allows you to filter the websites base on the event counts, hours spent and average cost spent.
- Users
An overview of the applications usage by the users. If there are applications that your organization is spending resources on but they are not being utilized then this screen will show that.
- Connections
An overview of the applications that are switched in between by the user. This is important for understanding your organization's workflows and may help with standardization.
- Switches
An overview of users most switched applications connections.
2. Analytics - Users
- Effectiveness
An overview of per user cost effectiveness based on their activities done.
- Average
An overview of per user average number of daily events, based on the total number of events divided by the event days.
- Work time
An overview of per user’s amount of time spent working.
- Idle Time
An overview of per user’s amount of time not doing any activities while their workstation is on.
3. Analytics - Tasks
- Departments
An overview of processes done by each individual department.
- Inter-Departments Flow
An overview of the flow of work between departments.
- Categorized
An overview of similar repeated processes done by users base on the category is being assigned to each process. The size of the circle determines the amount of times the particular user had done the workflows in the particular category.
- Repetitions
An overview of different tasks being done repetitively by different users.
- Rework
An overview of the tasks that required rework after they were "completed".
- Gantt Diagram
An overview of tasks done on a timeline chart. This is a type of time and motion study.
3. Analytics - Resources
- Task Duration
The size of the circle determines the amount of time spent on a certain task by each user.
- Task Cost
Cost amount of each task to be done by each user. This is based on the salary input under the Users tab.
- Task Category Duration
Amount of time spent by each user for each individual user.
- Task Category Cost
Estimated cost for each process category done by individual user. Circle size is dependent on cost per category.
- Process Duration
The size of the circle determines the amount of time spent on a certain process by each user. Circle size in dependent of duration.
- Process Cost
Cost amount of each task to be done by each user. Circle size in dependent on cost.
4. Analytics - Annals
Annals is a long-term record of tasks. If a user wants to see what automation or their process improvement changes have done to help a task over time, that can be found in the Annals.
- Task Duration
View of hours taken by the tasks done through the months.
- Tasks Cost
View of hours taken by the tasks done through the months.
- Tasks Variations
An overview of the changes in variations of tasks over time.
- Automation Potential
An overview of the changes in the automation potential of tasks over time.
- Process Duration
View of hours taken by the processes done through the months.
Process Cost
View of costs taken by the processes done through the months.
