1. AI Training
AI Training is OfficeAutomata's Process Discovery.
After enough event data has been collected the Admin in charge of running the Dashboard should start the AI Training. AI Training should take place once every two weeks depending on the size of the organization.
Processes Discovery Guide
For more information on understanding and navigating the Processes Section of the Dashboard please visit the Processes Section guide.
2. Config
IT admin users are able to set up their account in Azure server through the Azure login.
After successful login into your Azure account, the text fields will be automatically populated with default information registered in your account.
Configuration setup helps the administrator to create the necessary setup files to be deployed and setup into their on-premises server or on the users’ workstations.
3. Scheduler
The Admin Scheduler is used to create triggers for AI Training to be automatically initiated at certain times. We suggest that an organization create a trigger for AI Training to occur ever other week on a Saturday.
Add: Click the plus sign on the left side to create a new schedule.
Edit: Edit existing schedules.
Delete: Delete existing schedules.
The Scheduler allows the Admin to set a schedule for the AI Training to run automatically on a daily, weekly or monthly basis.
Trigger Name: A trigger id to allow the AI to look out for as an argument for tasks variations.
Description: Description of the trigger
Start Time: Start date & time of the period.
Expiry: End data & time of the AI training period.
Repeat Behavior: To set the AI training by One Time, Daily, Weekly, Monthly basis and the time to start.
4. Blacklist
The Blacklist is a list of websites and applications to be filtered out from the events tracking, to avoid unnecessary events to be trained by the AI. User will often use their computer for activities other than work and this will help the AI to automatically filter this event data out.
5. Mining
The one of the best way to view cross departmental workflows is to add System of Record to the event data being tracked from the users. This helps to fill out the complete picture of an organization's processes.
6. Company
This tab is used by administrators or IT support to update billing information and make sure that their license is active. It can also be used to check that the server is online and functioning.
