To ensure internal pricy all value and image data is encrypted with AES 256 (Salt, Hash, Password) on the Client computers before being sent to the Server. All Personal Identifiable Information such as passwords, CC & CCV Data are filtered & removed on the users computers before being sent to the server. By default, any value data (anything typed in by the user or copied) is not available for review within the Dashboard. When new users are added to the Dashboard through agents being installed on their computers they can be anonymized and given non-descriptive tags.
One of the most important security features of OfficeAutomata's Dashboard is that everything takes place on the clients premise. The AI is installed on the user's server and data in transferred internally. All data is stored on-premise and the end-client secures the Database and Server.
We do not transfer data via the cloud. The only things that can leave are error codes if there are problems with the Dashboard. And our only way of interacting with the Dashboard once it was been installed is to pull the software licenses.
● Server ports 1433, 5550 & 5553 can be opened to only known IPs
● If Server ports 5550 & 5553 are opened to all, then only the server application will be listening
to those ports via NetMQ (TCP, custom data format, all other data rejected, no data requests
● AI GPU Container is created within client’s Azure cloud
● AI GPU Container can communicate with Database & Server through private Virtual Network
